The six-month foundation course with Kaderschule Zurich is followed by an work placement of minimum 18 months. The focus can either be broad or more specialized. Depending on the set goals and preferred position in a company, the placement can be centred to one specific function or divided into different stages, set in different parts of the company.

This customization of the work placement will be agreed on by the trainee and the company. The outcome will depend on the skills, goals and preferences of the trainee, as well as the needs and abilities of the company, to make the PWA Junior-Program a success for both sides.
