Prerequisite for enrolment in the PWA Junior Program is the Swiss General Qualification for University Entrance (brit. GCE-A Level, am. College-Level). Foreign qualifications will be accepted according to the regulations of the University of Zurich.

The company selected for the work placement decides over the award of internship places and sets up a two year training contract with the participant (including a 6-month foundation course). Under certain conditions, a participant can book the foundation without an traineeship. The Kaderschule Zurich will gladly help connect interested students with suitable companies.
