The main strength of the PWA Junior-Program is the combination of an exigent training in business and economics in combination with a challenging work placement in the industry.

As opposed to an industry specific training, the participants acquire a broad set of competencies. They take on important tasks in overlapping fields, for example in the advertising sector, at an insurance company, in finance industry or at a transport broker.

The focus of the training will depend on the company and the individual work contract. For example: planning and execution of a project control of medium complexity, active participation in designing and implementing a marketing campaign or supporting the team in a human resource development project.
